Packaging - Most of the packaging I use is recyclable and can be used again & again, also whenever possible I re-use boxes & packaging... so don't be surprised by some of the boxes I use.

Welome to my UK based Etsy shop - SunnyCrystals
I have always been fascinated by Crystals and Minerals, even as a child, though originally from a geological point of view. Later I came to understand and appreciate the spiritual and mystical properties they can posses and my interest turned into a passion.
A few years ago I was lucky to be able to start to work from home and I was able to turn my love of crystals from just a hobby into a small business.
I am now able to offer a large selection, which I am always adding to.
All my Crystals and Jewellery are presented to you in a Beautiful Drawstring Keepsake Pouch and are securly wrapped and then posted in a padded envelope or suitable sized box.
Any questions or if you just want to say "Hello" - don't be shy, I always love to hear from you.

My preferred methods of payment are Paypal or Direct Checkout (Credit Card), however if this is not possible I will also accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account (but please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear) - sorry but due to the high transaction fees I cannot accept cheques drawn on NON-UK banks.
UK Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) - I have opened a stand-alone bank account for receipt of any funds should you wish to pay me directly - sorry but this facility is available only to UK based buyers. Please contact me and I will forward the relevant details.

Shipping
All items are dispatched using Royal Mail within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds Monday to Friday. Any items bought over the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be posted the next available working day.
I always obtain a proof of posting...this is not the same as tracking, which is not available on items shipped outside of the UK using Royal Mail's Standard Airmail. If you wish to use a tracking service (or extra insurance) please contact me to discuss, but Internationally from the UK it is very (very, very, very) expensive.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES - I have included a combination shipping option on most of my items for sale, which I have tried to make as reasonable and fair as possible. Postage costs from the UK are 'banded' based on the weight & size of a package, sometimes only 1 or 2 ounces/grams can make a lot a difference and reduce the cost for multiple purchases.... If I have miscalculated any combined shipping charges I always refund overpayments.
FREE UK SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS - On some of my listings I offer Free UK Shiping... Don't worry International buyers you are not mising out on this deal. I have reflected this by reducing my International shipping charges by the equivalent amount.

Choose as Few or as Many of my Tumbled Crystals as you desire - A Bit like a Crystal pick’n’mix.
Then contact me with your requirements. I will then calculate and advise you of the cost (subject to availability), plus P&P (UK - First Class, International - Standard Airmail).
Your Collection will then be added as an item to my shop to enable you to complete the purchase.
I also have a few crystals that as yet I do not have sufficient stock to add them to my shop, so don’t be afraid to ask for a Favourite crystal that is not currently listed – you never know I may have a small supply.

BRACELET SIZE - Please remember when ordering a Bracelet to measure your wrist correctly. My Bracelets are designed to flow over your wrist NOT to fit tight & snug... to allow for this, when measuring your wrist add half an inch (or 1cm) to your actual wrist measurement. This will ensure a perfect fit.
